MOLDING MACHINE (JOLT AND SQUEEZE)

After the model located on the table of the machine and required sand is put on model which is framed with flask the only thing you need to do is pushing start button on the control panel.
First jolting starts and then arm comes over the table , pneumatic squeezing starts and it is supported hydrolically.
later on arm goes back and central vibration relief the sand over the table and pin lifts up the flask. all this process takes aprrox. 30 seconds.
